SOCIALISATION/FOUNDATION TRAINING -

Q. What type of training is it?

A. This is a basic obedience session, to provide foundation training in preparation for the next level.

Q. Which dogs will benefit from this session?

A. This session is primarily aimed at puppies that have completed their vaccination course and are allowed out. It provides socialisation and foundation training in a controlled and happy environment. It is however, also suitable for those dogs that have received little or no training, either to teach or just to remind them of basic obedience.

Q. What is involved?

A. We will teach you techniques to help you achieve a well behaved, socialised dog. Even if your dog can sit, stay, lie down and come to his/her name, there is so much more that your dog can and will do. Learn with us, and watch how your clever puppy/dog can quickly progress and is eager and happy to learn new things.

Q. What should I bring?

A.

* Your vaccination record card. If you don’t have one, speak to the vet who vaccinated your dog, so that they can issue one.

* A well fitted collar and non-extendable lead

* ID on your dogs collar (this is a legal requirement even though your dog is

microchipped)

* Poo bags

* Treats or non-squeaky toy to provide encouragement.

* Comb or soft brush

* Your class fee

* Your membership card which will be given to you when you join
